Great food - bad service. Guess that happens when u eat at the bar! Mahi-mahi very fresh as were the veggies. Amazing early special at $17.99 included entree, 2 sides, soup or salad, and desert - which I had to correct the waitress who charged me $23. I'd go back for the food and hope for better service.

Went back for a second time.. Service by Brian was perfect. We had the grouper sandwich and the grouper Ruben sandwich and we were trying the seared sesame tuna...it was all just amazing. So worth the drive. Brought home the left overseas to my boyfriend and he also was amazed at how relish the sandwich was and the tuna... 5 stars all the way!

First stop of our trip. Good food. Business folks, casual folks, a place for everyone. Bar, dinner feel. I had a fish wrap which was yummy. Price was good.

I was pleasantly surprised! We were greeted by a very friendly host and immediately felt a comfortable vibe among the staff, very different. The prices were a little less than I expected, which with a coupon was great! Our waiter, Matthew, was super efficient and welcoming too! The bus staff was also pleasant and welcoming! Juno Beach Fish House, great job on your hires! Positive energy and team approach is why I'll be back. The food was good, nothing majorly different than anywhere else. The bread and oil was amazing though! Scallops very nice, hog fish special was nice too. I'd love to see some more inventive side dishes. Maybe some more veggie dishes, maybe a light side of pasta like orzo. Glen, I found a coupon in a mailing so, with that we cam in. Coupons are awesome, thanks!

When visiting the Juno area we pulled up groupon and saw an offer for Juno beach fish house. It was across the street from where we were staying so we walked over. We called ahead of time and asked about any corkage fee because we had a bottle we wanted to bring, it's only 10 bucks which is a bargain compared to boca prices. A reservation wasn't really nessecary they were pretty slow at 8pm when we arrived. The service was great. The atmosphere was very nice. They have medium-sized fish tank with tropical fish floating about in the main dining area. Conplimentary bread and olive oil was brought out. We ordered to start the mussels Josephine which was the highlight of our meal. For out main course I was between a special (pan seared mahi with butternut shrimp risotto) or the parmesan crusted grouper. The waitress recommended the special (they were the same cost so I figured I could trust the recommendation). I got the mahi special, the BF got parmesan encrusted grouper. They both were not that amazing to say the least. The mahi was bland sitting on the risotto where the perhaps 3 shrimp presented were hard to find even with a microscope. The BF thought his meal was also just lacking flavor and we were both disappointed. Needless to say we will not be back, groupon or not.

One of few places You can make reservations but you might not want to. Came here with family for early seating before six. Service was quick and place was 70%. They offer an early bird $17.99 on many sea food dishes as well as a happy hour $2.5 beers $4 Rita's etc. Warm Bread is served at the table with a very nice olive oil dip. It looks like the early bird specials are smaller portions but the ladies I was with were satisfied hunger wise but rate the food three and a half stars. I got the lobster special 1.5 lbs for $26.99 on Thursdays. Save the extra $6 and don't add the stuffed crab up sell. It's heavily breaded and dry. Almost spoiled the meal The side vegetable medley reminded me of a diner side dish in fact if this weren't Juno beach much of the menu would be found at a roadhouse The dinner was average as was the ambiance. The service was average as well but pleasant. The manager was informed that the stuffed crab was too bready. He replied it's mostly bread with a little crab for flavor. That's not "stuffed crab!" No sign of compassion or apology. Just a shrug of shoulders and indifference. The early bird specials come with a dessert which was not going to be pointed out by our waitress unless my sister in law had asked Key lime pie was properly tart and delicious. This is a lower end seafood Resturant which won't wow you but may fill you up for a decent price. Go only if there is no wait and during early bird for the value.

I went for lunch today. Had the parmesan encrusted grouper for $15.99. Nice and crunchy on the outside, and warm on the inside. Very good. Best while its still hot! Good service too. Got there as they opened for lunch. You can also find coupons on restaurant.com and in one of the Palm Beach papers on Wed. I suggested though save the money to run one in the paper, put one on your website. Waitress thought that was a great idea, so maybe they will. Some coupons are only good off season as this is Florida! Thats when they really need to bring in the business. They also bring hot fresh bread and dipping oil with spices to your table as you sit down. It's great!!!!

Extremely disappointing! I ordered a house specialty - Glenn's Killer Bayou Bowl Not only did the dish have no spice in it - it had NO SCALLOPS and only 4 shrimp. I said something to our server. She told the manager and they offered to comp me a dessert. I couldn't believe it! To make matters worse, the chef came out toward the end of our meal and apologized for his mistake and told me that next time the dish would be better. I was in total disbelief by his audacity. Why in the world would I come back to this restaurant and chance that they might make the dish correctly?? If they had done the right thing and comped the meal I would certainly give them a second chance. But there are too many fine restaurants out there for me to ever consider going back or recommending it to anyone. I will do the opposite. I sure hope the owner reads this review and makes some changes in their policies!

Service was great! We had a waitress that was very attentive and it was her first day on the job. I had the Parmesan Crusted Grouper and my husband had the Chicken Francese. My initial thought was this place is very pricey, but then when the meal came with salad or soup, bread with oil & spices and garlic, Huge portions with two sides! I had to take more than half home with me. I would recommend it to my friends and family and I'll be returning!

My husband and I like this place a lot! You can make reservations which I'd recommend but the wait usually isn't too long. The restaurant is kind of a nice, family style. It's not white table cloths or anything but it's nice, dimly lit. Food is good. Bread and oil- AMAZING!!! Prices are ok but they often have Groupons, etc so do that! Enjoy!

The Juno beach fish house is a great surprise! I ordered the fresh sword fish with cinnamon sweet potato and rice. Delicious! The kids had the fish and chips. The breading on the fish was light and really perfect. The scallops were very good too. Inside is very pleasing with wonderful mosaic wall murals and clean environment. Service was fast, polite and responsive. Prices were very reasonable for the value. If I were local I'd call this my fish place.

I love this place. The good is of high quality and well prepared. The service is excellent and the staff is always friendly. I need to try their key lime pie for dessert. Tonight I ordered the ahi tuna.

Just ran in to this place last night after a long day at the client site. Ate at the bar...and had a nice grilled swordfish dinner. I thought it was a little pricey, but that swordfish steak included two sides and soup or salad. So, within reason. I initially sat at the bar and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to say hello, give me a menu, or even acknowledge my presence. Finally, around the 7 minute mark, one of the waitresses said "Hi", and then disappeared. I ALMOST got up and walked out, but at long last, the young lady serving the bar area came through! Seems are there are a lot of regulars there...everyone knows everybody kinda' place. Overall great service (yes, after a little wait...) and some good food. Will have to venture back some day when I'm back here in the West Palm Beach area.

Went there last week with some out-of-town family members. We really enjoyed our meal as well as the excellent service. We had the Sunset Special which includes a salad/soup, entree and a dessert, all for $17.99. Lots of value there! Our fish entrees were delicious and we enjoyed the Happy Hour wines offered. All in all, a really nice dinner experience.

After today's turtle launch from the Marine Center, 3 of us were looking for lunch nearby. The Fish House was just the ticket. I measure a place by the fresh iced tea, and this had not a hint of stale- or bitterness. Good first impression. We all had fish. Unfortunately I didn't realize the grouper would be fried but it was lightly battered and delicious and served very hot. A side of beans and rice was good, not great, instead of the fries normally served. They looked fab. I'd return, absolutely.

A mainstay in Juno for at least the last 10 years -- when my family moved to North Palm Beach -- the Juno Beach Fish House on the SE corner of Donald Ross Road and US1 rarely disappoints. In season, walk-ins will not escape waiting at least half an hour for lunch, and over an hour for dinner. Friday nights during Lent, and you better make a reservation, or you'll probably cool your heels through a couple of college basketball games before you're ordering your meal. I've probably eaten their 10 times in the last 10 years, and the two statements I can make about all those experiences are it's always been busy, and it's always been good. Given the restaurant's location, the crowd is most decidedly older -- pockets of 30's and 40's, but mostly 50's, 60's, and higher. Last Friday when we went, a guy in his 70's actually fell in the outdoor dining area just as we were finally being seated, and it took everybody about 10 minutes to gain their composure and get back into the restaurant's rhythm. Just some bruises, thank goodness for the poor old guy, but he made it out on his own power. Anyway, you're in a seafood place, right? So, when it comes to the first question -- soup or salad -- trust me, skip the greens for one night and get the soup, or chowder rather. As in clam. So savory, rich and peppery, brimming with clams and potatoes, I could probably have a couple of bowls of this alone and be satisfied, but then I'd miss out on the place's real draw. You've got five different fish to choose from -- salmon, snapper, tilapia, grouper, and mahi -- and you can have them prepared any way you like -- grilled, blackened, fried, pan seared, baked, broiled ....... They'll even slap it on a bun for you if you want to make it a sandwich. The side dishes are, for me, nothing special -- beans and rice, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, or French fries. Just filler, something to chew up in between your tasty fish. They do have desserts, but to the best of my knowledge, they don't make them on site; they just farm it out to a local bakery. The key lime pie is all I've ever ordered, and it is a pretty faithful representation of what you'd get at the Key Lime Pie Factory down on the corner of Fleming and Duval. I've only ordered it a couple of times, though, because usually I'm too full from my meal. Service is just OK, unfortunately, but it's just because of how busy the place is. Prices are a little on the high side, but you can find coupons for free entrees or percentage discounts almost anywhere. Just call ahead.

It was our first and last visit to this very hurried small establishment. I had went for the Lobster special and my husband ordered the Mahi Mahi, It came with a good salad, and with the lobster one ice cream scoop of sweet potato . I went in detail to our waiter how I only really like the Lobster tail, not the claws and detested the green stuff that sometimes comes with some lobsters. He then talks me out of the larger lobster and suggest a female one explaining the tail is larger blah blah blah. Ok out comes this lobster slathered as if its marmalade on top of the tails the green stuff which I had told him I hated. I had to take some water and literally bathe the green slime off. It was slimy and you could tell it had been sitting not in a pot but on a plate somewhere for a lengthy time until it was served. He never listened to me, If I were a server I would tell a customer if you do not like The green stuff, order just tails, not a FEMALE lobster slathered in green stuff, was horrible. My husbands piece of Mahi Mahi was paper thin and about 4 inches long, NO seasoning nothing, He tells the waiter, he looks down, says OH my! I will get you another piece?? I have never felt so rushed in my life, the bus boy before you could finish would swoop up your plate. My hubby after we finished said I have to use the mens room, I was so disgusted I said I will wait outside, He said they had somebody sitting at our table new as he passed it coming outside to me. This place is for geriatrics who do not like seasoned food, and are not use to a waiter who listens, ask if your food is ok, rather than slap it down run off, and never return. Good luck Juno Fish??? House se la veh!I did learn a good lesson a female lobster has eggs-GREEN slime, and I am not a waiter and never have been:)

Michelle is an excellent server. She made our meal extra special with her kindness, expertise, and knowledge. Honestly, give that woman a promotion!!! And no, I don't actually know her, just a fan. Also, we came for the Thursday special of lobster. If I had this same meal in Chicago, it would be 3x's as expensive. Great food, awesome staff. Thanks!

Took a group of 6 to dine. We're seated promptly, but had a table facing a soda fountain/waitstaff supply area?? Very unsightly. Food came quickly enough and server was nice, but food was mediocre at best and the ribs my son ordered were tough as a boot.

Went there for the first time last night. The service, like was mentioned before was excellent. Very attentive wait staff and quick service. The Early Bird Specials, here called Sunset Special, (must be seated by 6:00 pm) are a great value at $15.99. About dozen entree`s to pick from which include super or salad, beverage, entree, and dessert all for $16, you really can`t go wrong. Couple that with a 2 for 1 Happy Hour on Drinks, makes for a great value. I had the Blackened Grouper Fish Sandwich which was barely ok. Just had no spice or zing to it. Perhaps I was a bit disappointed after eating the same at the Fish House Restaurant in Key Largo, perhaps the best seafood restaurant in the entire state. My wife has the Fried Breaded Shrimp which was a bit better then my sandwich. The hot Italian Star Bread was excellent too. In all, I`d go back for the Sunset Special for $15.99 but otherwise I think you can find better seafood elsewhere.

Second time there after corporate relocation to Florida. Older, retired crowd. My husband and I got there at 4:00 not realizing that they opened for dinner at 5. He knocked on the door, they stared at him and did not even come to the door to inform us. We are a mixed couple and the welcome is not great coupled with the stares from the old, white crowd. Perhaps if we had shown them the paid for S550 Mercedes and our bank account it would have done the trick. Will not go there again. Bone Fish, Ruth Chris, the Pinnacle, etc. are just a stone's throw away.

Went here with 2 friends last week for their lobster. The lobsters were done to perfection and our waitress' customer service was second to none! The only draw back was the small parking lot. Lobster=5 stars wait staff=5 stars parking lot=2 stars

We ate here on vacation 2 years ago and my dad remembered it being good so we came back for another try. Once again, we were very satisfied. All of us chose from the sunset menu, which is just a nice way of saying early bird. It differs from your standard early bird special because you are offered a variety of high quality seafood you are able to choose from. Or you can even get a new York strip steak if fish is not your thing. I had a seared tuna which was flavorful and cooked right, mom and brother both had the almond crusted mahi mahi (I also got a taste, it was very good), and dad got the stuffed shrimp. The sides are standard but solid, except for the smashed sweet potatoes which were amazing. And the key lime pie, which is included, was very good too. Add a salad to start and that entire meal is just for $15.99 if you get there by 6 pm. Throw in happy hour pricing and two beers are just 4 bucks! This place gives you a really good meal at a super price and I would absolutely go back again.

The food was good. Our server was friendly, which was refreshing compared to other visits here over the last several years. Beware: if you order off the sunset menu, which will save you $ over the normal price of an entree and also will include a free coffee or tea and dessert.... We had such a bad experience tonight with the owner pressuring our server to charge a higher price than the menu price, WE WON'T BE BACK. The first time we pointed it out to the server that the bill was wrong, she came back with the 'generous' offer of free dessert, which I was already entitled to on the sunset menu. However, when we politely pointed out that the bill was still too high, she revealed that the owner had told her, "Go out there and be brave", ostensibly to convince us to pay the incorrect higher amount. She went back again. He adjusted the bill. This time he(?) added a beverage to our bill $2.75 iced tea, that neither one of us had ordered. When I asked him what he meant when he told our server to "Go out there and be brave".... (my translation... 'Convince them to pay the higher, incorrect amount') he stumbled all over himself with a lame convoluted excuse. My wife said his voice actually squeaked as he had the 'I'm busted' look all over his face. Disgraceful conduct for an owner. After I asked for his name and told him I'd post a blog, he was flippant and left our table abruptly. Wish I'd had a hidden camera. It would be all over the Internet. If I could prove dishonest intent, I would take it further.

Really nothing special. The prices are fair an the portions are large but the food is bland. I mean really really bland. Very bland. How can you not salt fish before you grill it? Must have to do with the fact that the median age was at least 65 among the patrons. Also I ordered Mahi charbroiled which it was not. Get there before 6 and I hear they have some real good deals. For me however I don't see myself returning.

We stopped by to eat on a Saturday night, so they were pretty busy. We asked how long the wait was and we were told 20 minutes, but it would probably be less. After 20 minutes passed, we asked how much longer and we were told about 10 minutes. Then when we asked again, we were told two or three minutes. 15 minutes later, we still hadn't been called. We checked again and our name was crossed off the list. We were told our name was called, but we had been waiting right outside the door the entire time, and kept checking in, and our name was definitely never called. They should have known who we were at that point anyway since we kept checking in. Conveniently, they were able to seat us right then. The man at the front, possibly the manager, didn't really seem to care about our inconvenience. He simply apologized and we didn't hear from him again. After we were seated, our unfriendly waitress came by. She made it seem like she was doing us a favor by waiting on us. We ordered right away since we'd had plenty of time to look at the menu while we waited. We were given rolls and oil, which was, sadly, the best part of my meal. I ordered clam chowder, which was okay; A few bites were gritty so I didn't eat the whole bowl. My meal was chargrilled grouper with tropical fruit salsa, garlic smashed potatoes and mixed veggies. The fish was fine, nothing exciting, and the salsa had red peppers in it and that's all it tasted like. The potatoes were definitely not smashed, but mashed - I would think any well trained chef or restaurant owner would know the difference - but they tasted okay. The mixed veggies were a problem because they were gritty. I could understand why the clam would be if it wasn't cleaned well, but maybe the veggies weren't washed. Who knows. The other three meals weren't that great, either. My husband had a piece of fried fish that was mushy on the inside. This place was very busy, which would lead you to believe it is good, but between horrible service and bland food, I will definitely never go back.

Got the parm cover grouper very tasty full of flavor, whatever they put on top of it was overly salty and to much of it had to pick it off. So slow to get our food even though there was 3 other ppl in the place , ppl that came in well after us got their food wayyyyy before us. But it was very hot so made fresh :). 4 starts just for the speed of service.

The lobster special was amazing and a lot of food. Sharing a 2lb lobster and a house special spinach salad is more than enough for two people. It gets busy on a Tuesday lobster night but is worth it!

I recently visited the Fish House while visiting Juno Beach. My husband and I are in our late 30's, to set the tone of the review. The atmosphere was nothing spectacular, basically booths and a simple interior design. The happy hour drink specials were good. However, the food was really disappointing for the price. I ordered a Cesar salad which was very bland. My husband had the clam chowder which he said was good. I ordered the scallops, garlic mash and veggies. The scallops were small and covered in a butter sauce, they were okay. The potatoes seemed as though they were pre-made and did not taste good. I actually got a whole clove of garlic in one bite. The veggies were fine, a little over cooked. The food presentation was bland. This is a mediocre seafood place that appeals more towards a senior crowd. Not a place for a date night.

Came to get the Tuesday lobster special of course they ran out ended up with the fish house B..........sauce was tasteful besides that it was horrible way over priced $26 for a tiny lobster tail 2 small shrimp and 5 tiny way over cooked scallops and the 2 muscles tasted like diahrea or how I'd imagine it would taste don't go here period... We recently visited this restaurant for the second time recently. Juno Fish House is a converted Howard Johnson Restaurant which is quite apparent once you are inside. This time I ordered the Sunset special which comes with a nice selection for dinner along with two sides, soup or salad, and desert. A nice value, but I found the fish dinner portion quite small. Be sure to order the clam chowder soup rather than the salad. Their Clam Chowder soup is very good. The Tuesday and Thursday Lobster specials drive many to this restaurant and you would be wise to have reservations to avoid a long wait for a table. My wife ordered the lobster special broiled. As noted on my previous review, it seems they over cook the lobster when broiled. I am assuming it is because the kitchen is very busy those nights cooking lobster. It has never been our choice to visit this restaurant, it has been our dinner guests choice that love the Lobster Special value. Next time I am asked to visit this restaurant, I will only order the Lobster Special and have it steamed only.

Food was good. Service a bit slow. This is a nice place but I have the same complaint I have at a lot of places; price too high and portions way to big. They should do what many places should do, reduce portion sizes and pass along some of the savings to the customer.

Had to wait an hour to be seated, because didn't know it was Lobster Special night, plus that the food was so good. We were served freshly made warm rolls with a plate of garlic oil for dipping. The vegetable soup was truly homemade and spectacular. I had the bouillabaisse. There were 3 each of shrimp, mussels and clams, plus a lobster tail. The sauce was really good. Our server, Michelle, recommended that I get it over linguine. Good choice. My wife had the Parmesan crusted grouper.. A big piece of fish, moist and flaky. The mashed potatoes were real potato and tasty. The cole slaw was not remarkable. Wife had crime brûlée for dessert and she said it was okay. It was my wife's birthday, and I informed the person handling the front desk when I arrived. I was able to tell the server and she said that she had been informed. At dessert, she came out with a candle in the crime brûlée singing Happy Birthday. Usually, restaurants send a few people, but we were practically the last couple in the room, so I guess the staff was closing out. All in all, a good dining experience.

I've tried this restaurant for lunch three times with the same results. The waitress was arrogant and abrupt, I couldn't eat the food and they didn't bother to make it right. My guests weren't happy either. I called later to talk with the manager but they wouldn't put me through to him; our waitress answered the phone. Nope, we won't be going back; and in talking with others, they've had the same experience. Food and service, not so good.

There were 4 of us for dinner. We wanted to give them a 31/2 star but we couldn't figure out how to do it. We all ordered from the early bird special. Two salmon dishes, one Caribbean rib dinner and one grouper fish dish. All was not over cooked, moist and tasty. Smashed cinnamon sweet potato delicious . Black beans with rice was good too.

Seriously good food. Everything was so fresh. My yellowtail snapper was amazing My wife's Sweet Potato Crusted Grouper was crazy good as well. Heck even my four year old's Fish and Chips were outstanding. Real Grouper, no LongJohn Silver's here. Our great server, Sherri, made the experience even better. We will be back here again! Yum!

I heard about the Sunset Menu here and decided to check it out. All in all, what impressed me most about my experience here was the service. My waiter in particular, Matthew was one of the best waiters I've ever met. I used to wait tables and I really tried but i don't think I was as good as him. He was fast, efficient, made good recommendations and held a good balance of follow ups and never overdid anything. I guess he was also backed up by an organized kitchen because food came out quick after order. On to the order. I got the clam chowder which was not as thick as I was accustomed to but I finished it up nonetheless. In retrospect, it suited the warm weather better. A thick chowder in warm Florida might be too much. For entree, the rainbow trout with caribbean rice and beans and garlic mashed potatoes. The fish was cooked perfectly and the butter sauce went well. The key lime pie at the end was a hit. It was cheesecakey and rich. Everything I ordered and a coffee was $15.99. That's a good deal.

Can't say enough about the meal I had tonight. 5:20 on Saturday evening and I was seated immediately. I had the sesame seared tuna off the Sunset special menu. A very nice piece of tuna Cooked to perfection, a very nice salad, bread, 2 sides and 2 glasses of wine for the price of one. Total bill was $25.43. Remember, that included two glasses of wine. Desert came with the meal but the most pleasant thing there was the wait staff. Dawn was my waitress and she took excellent care of me and appeared to have control of a number of others at the same time. I'll definitely be back.

We had heard that JBFH had great fish at great prices if you were seated before 6:00pm, so we arrived around 5:40pm. We should've made it a little earlier, as the place was packed and it didn't look so good for us being seated in time. I don't know if it was more the early dinner time or just the standard clientele of this place, but the average age was well over 50. We stuck out as a group of 30-year-olds. The interior of the restaurant is cozy, though the set up feels like it used to be a Denny's or IHOP and then was remodeled. There is no sort of view, as most of the windows are covered and a good portion of the tables are by an interior wall. The patio looked a bit more open, though we did not sit out there. We finally got to our booth around 6:07pm, but the waitress, although obviously annoyed, was gracious enough to extend the "Sunset Menu" to us. We struggled a bit with her negative attitude and short temperament... I always hate feeling like we, as the customers, are walking on egg shells trying not to make the wait staff upset. The "Sunset Menu" provides a surprising variety of entrees, all with a salad, two sides, drink and dessert for $15.99. There must have been six different kinds of fish, cooked in various ways, plus other options like chicken, pasta, shrimp, steak, crab cakes, etc. I opted for the Almond Crusted Mahi Mahi with Fruit Salsa... It was very good. Though not excellent, it was fresh, seasoned well, and was a decent portion. My wife got the Honey Dijon Chicken, which she said was great, and our friends got the Macadamian Grouper (on regular menu), which they loved! While the actual experience of the restaurant, waitress and general ambiance was probably closer to '2 stars,' the fact that we ate a good, well-portioned fresh fish dinner with all the extras for around $20 including tax and tip really does say something. I am not sure I can think of anywhere else in the county where you could make that happen. I do not think we'll plan a trip back anytime soon, and I would definitely choose another restaurant based upon the standard prices of their menu, but if we ever happen to be in the area at 5:00pm, we know where to go for good food at a surprisingly low price.

We love the fish sandwich here -- melted cheese and grilled onions on top are the secret! We have trouble getting seated sometimes due to a family of five, but other than that, the fish sandwich rocks!

Shrimp was not as impressive as I would expect from a beach place like this. Service was very good.

Ate here last week....crab cake app was pretty good. The seafood pasta was plain, not much taste, and the clam chowder was too watery for my liking. Good service, no wait times.

Juno Beach Fish House is a staple for tourists and most of the crowd is older. With an older crowd mixed with a couple of glasses of wine, the cackling laughter can get a bit loud sometimes. The parking lot is a third too small for the restaurant and we spent our entire second trip there hoping we didn't get towed. If memory serves the owner graduated from CIA which, in this context, is the Culinary Institute of America and not the Central Intelligence Agency. Although it's possible the agency kidnapped and sent him to a secret kitchen prison in Poland because he's obviously not spending a lot of time cooking anymore. On our first trip I had the bouillabaisse and my wife had the rib eye, which she had to send back the first time because it wasn't cooked enough. The bouillabaisse was, well, bad. I wish there was a nicer way to phrase it but it was just not good. On our second trip I had encrusted pan fried fish, which was better than the bouillabaisse, but lacked anything resembling imagination or panache. The Central Intelligence Agency cafeteria in Langley could have done just as well. I was really hoping for better from Juno Beach Fish House and even gave it a second shot just to make sure the first time wasn't a fluke. By 5:30 this place is slammed, even on weekdays, and it's just not worth fighting the crowds and driving endless circles in the tiny parking lot hoping for a space. It's a place for tourists and the people who live here three months out of the year in an overpriced condo and want to tell us Floridians how we should run things. Be sure to brush up on your CPR because, given the age of the crowd, sooner or later you're going to be doing chest compressions when one of the older customers keels over.

Great service and very good food. Gets very busy, but worth the wait. Had the fresh fish last time. Flavor was wonderful but the portion was small. I mentioned it to the server, who stated that the chef was on vacation and the replacement cut a small portion. In 5 minutes I had another piece of fish in front of me. The servers care, the food is excellent, and the drinks are great! They even take reservations which is unusual in this area.

Gave Juno Beach Fish House another try because my wife loves the Tuesday lobster special. The meal was much better - stayed away from the salad but the chowder was excellent. The fried fish platter was also very good. Plentiful and not dried out like many fried fish dishes are. We will return again.

Service was poor, don't know if it was because I was a party of 1. Food was okay. Had parmesan encrusted grouper for main entree. Came with rice and mixed vegetables. Fish was good, large portions. App was sashimi tuna with seaweed salad also good. Best part was rolls and oil when first seated. Worked out well since it took over 1.5 hours to eat.

The only enjoyable items from this meal were the bread when we arrived and the key lime pie for dessert. Everything in between was disapointing. My almond crusted Mahi tasted like a microwaved fish stick; the flavor and consistency didn't remind me of Mahi at all. The vegetables were flavorless boiled cabbage and carrots, and the mashed sweet potato, which seems impossible to screw up, was also terrible. My husband says his Ahi Tuna wasn't bad. I suppose you get what you pay for (we ordered from the sunrise special menu and everythuing tasted like cafeteria food). Server also had no knowledge about the fish when we asked questions - asked if it was "Black" or "Gag" Grouper...she said "No, it's just regular Grouper". Really? Your name is the Juno Beach FISH HOUSE! Learn something about the fish you serve!

Our party of six adults and a 20 month old had a great time on the outdoor patio area. We shared an order of calamari and one of mussels. Both cooked perfectly. We all took advantage of the happy hour pricing for well drinks and house wines. Two of our party had the bouillabaisse, which they really enjoyed. It looked spectacular. I had the sesame tuna, which was served on a bed of perfectly stir fried vegetables. The special gruoper and scrod rounded out the entrees...all devoured. Our waiter Matthew, was completely on the ball...attentive and completely informed on the food offerings. We finished by sharing couple of deserts and three of us had coffees. The parking lot is a nice convenience and the patio area great for larger groups. The Fish House is also child friendly. By the way our bill came to $243 pre-tip.

The Grouper and Mussels are outstanding. First time here, and we loved everything (even the free bread!). Be sure to ask for James as your food server. Very attentive and helpful.

We were only in WPB for a week on business and we ended up eating here twice for lunch it was so good. The grouper sandwich is perfect - made with panko breading and about a foot long. I would recommend not getting the cheese on it as it is just American cheese and sort of ruins it (we left ours off after the first time). The only other item ordered was fish and chips which were enjoyed by our non fish loving co-workers. The best item on the table though was the bread. Fresh from the oven and super garlicky with olive oil dipping sauce. Yum yum yum

They were very crowded, almost 100% filled, when we got there at 6:30pm, right after the "Sunset Special". If you arrive and order between 5pm and 6pm, they have good prices for the Sunset Special. However, the crowd was done eating and gone by 7pm. So if you don't like crowds, arrive at 7pm or later. I don't know what the going price of seafood along the Florida coast is, but here, the local caught stuff mostly goes for $20 to $25 and some up to $30. I got the Atlantic Salmon, which is not local catch, and it was very good priced after the coupon. Check local newspapers and coupon web sites for "Buy One get 50% off a second entree" (up to $15 off). You can't use coupons in conjunction with the Sunset Special. They're on the SE corner of US 1 and Donald Ross Rd, right in front of the Holiday Inn Express. Cleanliness was better than average. Ambience is touristy. They have outdoor seating. Full bar.

I will start off by saying that I've been to this restaurant a few times before and never REALLY liked it too much, but kept going back for the lobster specials with my in-laws. However, after tonight - I will NEVER be going back there and neither will my in-laws or anyone else who is smart reading this review. At the very beginning, we were served infused oil and were told that they just put the bread in the oven. Cut to: our main entrees arriving and still no bread on the table. (As another reviewer said, this really IS the best part of the meal.) We ordered two 2lb lobsters. When they came out, one was significantly smaller than the other (the other "2lb-er" was an odd color and had absolutely no taste.) We called over our waiter to let him know that the lobster isn't 2lb as advertised and asked to speak to a manager. The waiter came back about seven minutes later (my mother-in-law didn't start eating yet...) and told us that we would be charged for the 1.5 lb lobster instead of the 2lb. Now, a question: IN WHAT RESTAURANT, have you asked for a manager and they not come over to you??? NEVER. I have NEVER had this happened to me. If a manager is requested, a manager comes over. That's his job. The food is extremely bland and yes - this might have to do with the fact that every person in the establishment is about 65-years-old. There is no consistency with their menu items. Tonight, I ordered the same Snapper Francaise I had in times past and it was absolutely horrid. We finally did speak to the manager on our way out and he was an absolute PRICK to our family, claiming that no one told him to come over to us. (Right, then how did our waiter get the authority to give us the discount?) I will NEVER go back there and I HIGHLY recommend you don't either. By the way, my friend is now in the bathroom for the THIRD time since our return not even 35 minutes ago. Yes, I came straight on Yelp to review!

This was a hidden gem! It's located right across the street from the beach, we almost didnt see it b/c the trees were kind of blocking the restuarant sign. We drove by at 4:30pm and the manager was coming out of his car and we asked him how this place was and he mentioned to come back at 5pm when they opened for dinner. We drove around the town to scope it out, and finally returned at about 5pm. And Im sure glad we arrived when we did b/c literally after being seated 15 minutes the place was packed and there was already a 30 minute wait! When we sat I couldn't help but notice how myself and my family were the youngest of the crowd :) Our waitor was nice, but also seemed like he was in a hurry. I ordered the Pistachio crusted mahi and my husband had the red snapper bang bang (the special for the day), and we got my daughter bow tie pasta. While waiting for our dish, they served us this yummy very warm bread. Both dishes were tasty and tasted fresh. We ended dinner with dessert order of pineapple upside down cake toped with vanilla icecream as well as crem brule. They also have great after 6pm dinner special where the prices are cheaper. At the end of paying the waiter accidently gave our credit card to another table and gave us that tables credit card. Other than that mix up, everything else was awesome. I would definately recommend this place to anyone visitng west palm beach.

Uhhhh, decent experience. Not a lot of atmosphere. I felt like I was in a scene from Cocoon. We were the youngest group by about 40 years. Service was pretty mediocre. Food was pretty good but pretty small portions. Parking is disastrous. Even with reservations expect a wait.

More of a 2.5 stars. Food was decent, not great. The service was horrible. Sat at the bar with my 2 buddies. No one else was dining at the bar so we should had received good service, but didn't. She made us feel like more of a burden than happy to serve. She had an attitude during our entire dining experience. Also witnessed a server carrying an extra plate for a table between his arm and body, under his armpit. Food was not good enough to overcome the bartender with the attitude. Will stick with Reef.

Add us to the chorus of those chanting negative reviews! The food wasn't bad, but the service was deplorable! Never again will we patronize the Juno Beach Fish House!!!

The fish is great. Then restaurant outdated and smells funny. Would go back for the food though.

One of the best meals I've had in a very long time. Excellent service! Got there at 4:30 and had to wait till they opened at 5:00 for dinner. Had the fish pasta and soup. Every thing was fantastic! Drinks, bread, salad. Going back again before we head back to Utah. Wish we had one of these at home!!! Try their sunset menu. Lots to choose from.
